The With Reference Shipping costs are based upon the weight of your purchased products. The costs will vary depending on the quantity and products that you purchase, and you will see the final calculated delivery cost at checkout.

Up to 0.5kg in Weight = £3.99 Delivery

0.5kg - 1kg = £4.99 Delivery

1 kg - 1.5kg = £5.99 Delivery

1.5kg+ = £6.99 Delivery

Shipping to USA:

Up to 0.5kg in Weight = £4.49 Delivery

0.5kg - 1kg = £5.99 Delivery

1 kg + = £7.99 Delivery

Shipping to Canada:

Up to 0.5kg in Weight = £5.99 Delivery

0.5kg - 1kg = £7.99 Delivery

Shipping to Australia & New Zealand:

Welcome to the With Reference Returns Policy.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received.

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
